Topic: Unable to send messages
For some reason I seem unable to send messages to my friends. I can send comments but not messages.

I get the message box OK but when I go to send it I get an error message not having recognised the recipient whose profile page I have started the send message from.

It won't let me browse friends to select them if starting from my own page.

I still can't send messages. I expect my friends are starting to think I am really rude because I am receiving their messages but cant reply.

Hi Tiga,

I just took a look through the logs, and it looks to me that your messages are going through. On Mar 30 it looks like you sent the same English message repeatedly around 15:00 pacific time. I see another message, sent today, in Portuguese. On Monday I'll dig around a little deeper, and see if we can find out what is going on.

In the mean time, please try sending me a message directly, and I'll let you know whether I receive it.

I don't know if it went to you but when I sent it I got the below box at the top of the screen, your photo disappeared and it brought up the browse friends box which when I pressed the it did nothing, and didn't give me the option to browse friends.

ERROR!
You need to select a valid recipient for your message.

Thanks, Tiga. The problem isn't what I thought it might be; I'm now coordinating with some other Hi5 engineers to get to the bottom of this. Sorry this is taking so long.

Thanks for your attention Alan. I'm sure it isn't easy keeping the show on the road!
