When you block an entire group topic because the user was suspended, you are blocking ALL of the replies to that topic no matter who submitted them. I've seen popular topics with many replies which have been lost this way. That discourages people from participating in group discussions.
Instead you should be keeping the topic (at least the title) and the link to the list of replies. I don't approve of your blocking any on-topic replies at all, but that is another matter. Stop blocking entire group topics.

I agree with NewChrissy. The 6th "Most Popular" topic is now inaccessible because the author has been suspended. I am not sure, but I'd bet the traditional pepperoni pizza the suspension has to do with the politics of the balkans and asia minor.

I agree with NewChrissy & Stick Man .. when someone is no longer a member of hi5 (whether by choice or not) only their comments should be blocked .. not everyone else's in that particular thread
And there is no way to delete that thread once this has happened

I've seen topics & replies which lead to "This person is no longer a member of Hi5" so apparently when someone leaves by choice their group posts remain.

I agree and can't think of any rationale for this policy. Just out of interest, which is the 6th "most popular" topic that's innacessible?

There was a topic about getting ownership of a Hellenic group assigned to a Hellenic user and the weeks that went by while Eric at Customer Support struggled for a way to do it. That group was being bombarded with inappropriate topics from non-Hellenic neighbors who had joined the unmoderated group.

After further review... that's not the one... maybe it was a "code" topic?

I just found a blocked topic in "Tattoos & Piercings" which has 268 inaccessible replies under it. It is (was) the second most active post in the entire group!

The message does not necessarily mean that the person has left Hi5. I got the same message when trying to visit my friend's profile. To my great relief her profile appeared again after a week or two, and its contents suggested me that she had actually never been away; I was just unable to contact her during that time.
I reported this event in another thread.
