"Be right back: We're upgrading the Groups pages.
This feature will be back shortly. You will not lose any of you old Groups information."
what does this suppose to mean? why does this happen only when i want to post something on MY group not in all groups?????

Might I suggest that Hi5 finds some way to notify of this before the post is sent? It a real waste of time to spend time on writing a post only to lose it in cyberspace

That happens to me sometimes. What I do is empty my temp files, cookies & history .. then it works.

I approach all kinds of web message systems with dread and fear, whoever has designed them. If my message is longer than a few lines, I make a backup before I press the "send" button, or I write the message with an external application to start with.
I am not suggesting that erroneous coding should become a norm, but rather that we should expect applications to fail even if they have been designed most carefully. It would be a good habit to backup everything sent and received, for everyone and everywhere. With memory sticks it could be achievable even when using public computers.
Even multimillion-dollar space probes have failed because of a software error.

just back to the page before and you have your message. if it was a reply, just click the same "Reply" and you have your message.

Nuno, how & if that works depends on which browser you are using as well as how it is being scripted by Hi5. I noticed significant improvement in this area (remembering detailed context for previous pages) recently when I installed a Firefox 2 update (or maybe it was something Hi5 fixed).
