so wat u sayin is that God had already come up with the idea of santifyin a certain day He had already set up the order of how things would be created.so i as a sabbath keeper needn't rest but honour it which brings the ? of how then do i honour the sabbath?

no He didn't rest because He was tired;He is never tired. well in my opinion, after He did all His work and it was good, He sets aside a holy day of rest which He blessed and sanctified and as u know it's an example 4 all of us 2 follow. God is wise, just imagine working right throughout the week with no time 2 rest, i guess we would all b dead by now, and what's the use in working 2day, resting 2morrow and working the following day? Hence, my conclusion work b4 pay. God worked, it was pleasing 2 Him so 2 congratulate Himself 4 all that He had done, what better thing 2 do now than to rest so He sanctified & blessed the 7th Day/Sabbath day.

Teachers give examples and good students listen, observe and do likewise. That was His way of teaching us what to do and how to do it. Biologically our bodies tire and need to relax, He therefore set a program for us to let the body rejuvinate. I dont mean to say He rested so He could refresh or replenish anything in Him. He is all Mighty, all powerful. ABLE to. The day was meant for us not us for the day. If God were to relax, Hmmmm, i cant paint the picture vividly but leave it for u to. Think of the watchmen who sleep on guard.
