Well thank you for infos, actually I am a Swiss guy and I know the Cern since it was created,also what we know now called Internet born between Lausanne and Geneva in 1973,When sending data from the Cern to the EPFL University,first unsing fax than telex,but still to slow for a large data,untill someone thought using telephon line and come to a success,american are involve to the project,so immédiatly monopolised for army,than later for public perpose.
